Forms 9i has come with many new configuration files ... and based on my
search of otn.oracle.com, metalink.oracle.com and the CD not a huge
amount of explanation of these files and how they can be used and how
they interact.

Does anyone have any links or papers that might go through forms90.conf,
base.htm, forms90.properties, etc. etc. and discuss them?
