I have af file call rbs01.dbf which is taking up a huge chunk of space
on my machine. This file contains rolled back transactions that fail to
complete normally.

A couple of questions.

1) How do I look at the data inside this file?

2) How do I reduce the size of this file.  I know I can't just outright
delete it, but there must be a way to clear of it some of the info in
it, but I am not sure how.
