SQL*Loader records the results in the log file and on some platforms also
reports the outcome in a process exit code.
Does anyone know if the "Linux" version of Oracle 8i supports the exit codes
and allows checking the outcome of a load from a command line or script?
(We are thinking of migrating from a Novell version of Oracle which does not
support exit codes.)
