I installed oracle report server 6.0 on NT 4.0.
I followed the metalink Note:93564.1 to set up report server.
I add
REPSERV.world=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=ac8110.danou.ford.com)(PORT=1949))
in c:\orant\net80\admin\tnsnames.ora file.
I install the REPSERV.world as a service,
When I try to start the service, I always got:
REP-0186 daemon failed to listen to the port 
error.
I followed the document  and checked anything, but can't find anything
wrong.
Is there any help on this? Thanks.
