The Oracle Reporting tool is Oracle Reports and is part of the Developer product and, as far as I know, is not available as a separate product... You may want to look at Oracle Discoverer A Non-Oracle product that is terrific with Oracle data is Seagate Crystal Reports and, with its combination of native and ODBC connectivity, it can connect to almost any data source known to the modern world.)
