I speak english, there is not the problem.

My point of view is very simple.

A so big product have the obligation to give a complete documentation of it
in the language of the country where it is sold.

But forcing people practicing another language than the native-one to access
knowledge, and not giving complete documentation of a product to gain much
money in sailing curses are nothing else than practicing despotism !
