I periodically get the yellow "Warning: Applet Window" on Win95, Forms 5,
Web App Server 3. Go to Start/Programs/Oracle JInitiator Control Panel. I am
still trying to determine if it is necessary to actually DO anything with
the Control Panel, or just launch it, close it, and restart the browser.
