I have tried to Install WEBDB on a client machine and
on a server machine ....Both fail on trying to run plus80.exe.....The
program is their and runs fine from
dos, but the install is crapping out.....

This is webdb 2.2 with Oracle 8.1.5 on NT, servic pack 6
