hi!

i have oracle8i and em6.0 on the same machine installed. both are services
and both are started automaticaly at system boot.

the problem is that when em is started the db is not ready to answer the
request from the em yet.

so how can i start the em delayed lets say 30sec or 1minute so that the db
is finally up and can answer the em requests
