The problem is that the information is stored on the oracle database as a number field. The user inputs the manhours taken as hh:mm with the mm being set to restrict no entry greater than 59. Thew report retrieves the data as it was input ie 01:25 etc but when I wish to total the manhours for each person I can a calculated answer which is in error ie 01.55 + 02.15 = 03.70. I cannot get the answer to read 04.10hrs. Could anyone please help. thank you martin hopkins
