My system is a 450MHZ PIII with 128MB RAM MAXDATA Delphi-Server!

After installing ORACLE 8.0.5 for Linux I want to create a database, but
starting svrmgrl gives
that error: "Speicherzugriffsfehler" would be in english
"memory-access-error" and nothing more.

SHMMAX is set to 268435456

!!!! Any suggestions urgently needed !!!!

thanks in advance
