Did you put the full path name 'E:\Nanda\Mails\logo.gif' in for the gif?  If
so,
none of the registry variables will override it.  You should simply set the
graphic name to be logo.gif.  I'm afraid I can't remember if the
registry variable to be set for this is REPORTS60_PATH, or if the same
variable should be used as for icons (which is, I think UI_ICON), or
if there's another one - I don't have access to my notes at present.
