I am trying to install Designer 2000 in an existing database "PO8" 8.0.4
(Using Windows 98 operating system)in the internt written that PO8 is
certifed with Designer 2.1.2 .  So I followed the Designer installation
manual, and found out that Desiger does not work because of the following
message "No Listener".

I tried to make it works, but no listener, so how can I get Designere 2.1.2
to work in my PC???
