during I install Oracle 8 of NT4.0 oracle will create a starter database.
In my case oracle create the database, but I can't make a connect.
If I try to connect the system says "TNS 12154: could not resolve servie
name".
I installed Oracle on a other system, and I had no problems.

What could I do ?????
