Does anyone know if the current version of Oracle Developer
includes the ability to convert applications written using
the Oracle 6 Toolset: Forms 3.0, PL/SQL 1.x, ReportWriter 1.x, Menu 5.0,
..?

If not, are there any recommended thirty party tools that can
handle this conversion?

How well do the conversion tools work?   

For example, 90%, ..., depends on forms and reports
complexity, ....
