I have a form written in Forms 4.5 that includes an alternate region.  There
are four elements in this alternate region.  When I start the form, the first
element is display in the drop down box as it should.  However, if I hit the
"Clear Form" button, not only does it clear out all fields like it should,
but the drop down (alternate region) box is also cleared.  If you then open
up the drop down box, the original elements are still there, but it looks as
if it has also added a null element at the end.

Any ideas as to how I can prevent "Clear Form" from doing this?  Thanks.
