Some problems may arise with parameters :

- parameter, type Number, length NULL in 4.5 -> length become 0 in 5.0;
- problem passing date parameter between forms. It seems that Forms 5.0
does not use the NLS_DATE_FORMAT to receive your parameter in the called
form.
