RMAN should (automatically) go for the latest backup usable.
Thus, it should be a backup that IS Level 0 and is not Expired or
Obsoleted.

Do a LIST BACKUP (or a quicker LIST BACKUP OF DATAFILE 1) to identify
your Level 0 and Incremental Backups.
