Unfortunately, most of the similar problems described on the internet are in 
Japanese. For what I can make out of  them, there is a problem with your 
listener. Did you change anything in your configuration lately? What is the 
error you get? (You only show your dump-file here). There is a known problem 
related to the cursor_sharing setting..
