Oracle 10g, WIN XP, workgroup, no domain!

I've a problem:

create user myuser identified externally;
grant connect to myuser;

Parameter in  pfile already set:

os_authent_prefix=""

sqlnet:

SQLNET.AUTHENTIFICATION_SERVICES = (NTS) is also set

After starting sqlplus      SQLPLUS  /

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied!

what went wrong?

Please help!
