Personally, given that this is a test database, I think your energies would be better spent by trashing the db on the test server, reviewing your procedures, and doing it all over again until you get it right.

Oracle Support could certainly help you fix this, but to what end? You still would not have established exactly what part of your process caused the problem in the first place.

My vote: dump the test db, research your procedures until you get it sorted out, test and document these procedures so they can be replicated by your junior dba without incidcent, take the document, boil it in water with some beef broth, and feed it to your junior dba.
