almost the


same as abandoning COBOL.  Sadly, it's becoming more and more
necessary.


Tim Bunce will not even discuss the array interface for DBD::Oracle and
the other improvements to the driver. With a driver with inadequate
capabilities, your product


will be inferior to those of competition.
