But it is quite clear they never use it, and they never search. Also in many of those 'RTFM'-case simply searching for the term they provide on http://tahiti.oracle.com would have resulted in an immediate correct response. Now they have potentially to wait for hours.
IMHO the lack of respect is on the side of the OP: he demonstrates he is too lazy to do anything himself, and he is prepared to have others do his work for him. When I started using Oracle I didn't have any access to Internet or Usenet at all, and likely it didn't even exist. So, YES, I did read all those manuals, and everyone can and should do that.
