The dude was looking for a quick answer to a simpe question. Maybe he does 100 other things besides working with oracle and doesnt have the time.

Man always crap like this in the DBA forums. Seems to be growing over time as well, since it was never this bad 10 years ago.

If you can't be productive, don't contribute to the thread. What part of that don't you understand. I have seen scores of posts with your negativeness in them. Adopt a cat. Do some volumnteer work.

It is safe to assume that EVERY post in the technical newgroups can be fixed by reading SOME manual. Yes I think so. People come to newsgroups for quick and easy resolutions to problems. Hmm. Yea let me read a 400 page book instead of finding a quick answewr to a colleague in a newsgrouop.
