Sorry if this slightly OT, but does anyone know where I can a copy of either of the following papers?

"EMC: Oracle Database Layout on Symmetrix Enterprise Storage Systems" "EMC/Oracle: Joint Best Practices Performance and Tuning EMC/Oracle"

These papers are referenced in white papers on both the Oracle and EMC sites but I have been unable to locate either document. I've written to both EMC and Oracle without response.
