Depending on your version (which you don't mention), Oracle Replication
or Oracle Streams (new marketing name) will be the best, because most
robust solution.


Evidently there is documentation at http://tahiti.oracle.com in the
distributed databases manual (2 volumes, AFAIK Replication is in the
second volume)
