 From the Oracle CD or download containing it.

At this point I think generic advice is not that useful to you.

Why don't you post specifics.

1. What Oracle edition and version
2. What platform and operating system
3. Current OUI version
4. ODBC driver version and manufacturer
5. Exact error message ... not your interpretation of it

It may help someone help you.
