Oracle 10.1.0.4 Windows XP Oracle Installer

After upgrading my Oracle 10g to 10.1.0.4, I am no longer able to start
the Oracle installer.  It does not appear to copy the jre folder into
the temp directory and gives me an error that it cannot find the jre.
This did not occur previous to installing the upgrade.  Anyone else
have a similar problem?
