Answer from metalink. and my last replay:

I installed it on vmware environment, sorry I have destroyed it, but even using vipca graphic tools, always cannot register gsd,ons,and vip service to crs.

I use the follwing command to manually config the cluster.

serconfig -init
clscfg ...... -force
then I run vipca at root user, but cannot register gsd,ons and vip.

If I try it on 10g2, I will record more log for diagnose.
