install Partitioning option in Oracle 9.2.0.6?

Hello all,



When I import a dump-file I get the error:



"IMP-00003: ORACLE error 439 encountered
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Partitioning"



The Database does not have partitioning so I want to install this
option. Is that possible? (and how)



(I do have the license for this option)
