Hello

I've installed Oracle10g without any problems and the database server is running. After shutting down Win XP and starting up the OS Oracle 10g and listener process is running.

After shutting down the Oracle service and the listener service manually I wanted to start the Instance manually .

this is the dialg:


sqlplus /nolog

SQL*Plus: Release 10.1.0.2.0 - Production on Do Jun 30 21:38:17 2005

SQL> set instance boac
ERROR:
ORA-12154: TNS:Angegebener Connect-Bezeichner konnte nicht aufgelöst werden

ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS: Fehler bei Protokolladapter

SQL> connect sys/faiza as sysdba;
ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS: Fehler bei Protokolladapter

SQL> connect sys/faiza_at_d_boac as sysdba;

...same effect!!

What went wrong, where is my error?

PLEASE HELP ME, I'm loosing weight...
