I did - 8.1.7 on Windows, actually.
And you are on what platform?
Obviously, now is the time to get rid of
the unsupported 8i and trade it in for flashing
9iRel2 if you still have Forms 4.5 or other RDBMS V7
client lying around, or else rise above yourself and
aim for the star^H^H^H^H10g Release1 RDBMS!
