Basically you can't.
The world happens to be case sensitive. Only the Evil Empire of Bill
'Darth Vader' Gates and his accomplishes is not.
You can put function based indexes on the affected columns and/or force
them in the proper case.
Probably you are aware this must be a FAQ. I recommend you to search Google *prior* to posting this FAQ yet again.
