oracle 9i installation problem

Hi,



I am trying to install oracle 9i on windows xp professional. I
downloaded the software in the form of 3 disks from oracle website.
When i click on setup.exe, i am getting the following error:


                  java virtual machine launcher
                  Could not find main class. Program will exit.





Please let me know, how to overcome this problem.
