Yes, I am sure it is the header of the package, not I am the network type guy not the Oracle guru.

We are just executing from ADO the stored procedure. If you could give me some idea of what different types of way to execute a stored procedure it would be appreciated. We have executed the same thing from SQL plus and it returns different information, but about the same amount, 90K

It just seems very bizzarre thta you get a 90k payload for a 15 byte answer.  OVer a WAN link this is making a 7 fold increase in response times. MS SQl does not seem to suffer from this.
