Oracle 10g on AIX 5.2 - i/o configuration

Hi,

I'm currently preparing for the (first) installation of Oracle 10g on one of our AIX 5.2 servers.
I'm a bit confused by all the different i/o configurations that are possible :
- JFS or JFS2 ? (enhanced JFS)

direct i/o yes or no ? if no, what should be the optimal vmtune settings ?
async i/o ? how many async i/o servers and requests ?
db_cache_size ? 4K or 8K ? or is this not important anymore ?

Oh yes, our datafiles reside on SAN storage boxes (EMC Symmetrix) with 8GB memory caches ...
