Please follow the David Fitzjarrell posting if you use sqlplusw.exe. To achieve scrolling effect in that you should go into menu, options,environment and set buffer length/width for parameter linesize. If you are working with sqlplus.exe ( also command line version ) - you should go into properties of that dos window and set there (under properties/layout ) buffer width/length.
