If you used the Universal Installer to apply the patches you may be able to verify the patches applied by starting the OUI and clicking the 'Installed Products' button. My version lists the originally installed version, the two major patches to the next released versions and any interim patches applied, whether through the OUI or through OPatch.

It is the interim patches I presume you are concerned with, not the major release patches (9.2.0.1 -> 9.2.0.5, 9.2.0.5 -> 9.2.0.6). I am currently running the 10.1 release of the OUI, if that helps.
