If I understand it correctly, he got a data corruption, because
regardless of UNIQUE constaint on JUNGANG_PATENTS table, somehow two
rows violating this constraint were inserted. I have seen this before
while using BULK BINDING againts partitioned tables in Oracle 9.2.0.6,
but there is a patch available that is solving the reported problem.
