You mean the attitude of expecting people to be competent?

Or the attitude of expecting them to be aware that it is the stockholders whose money pays their paychecks and that they have a duty to never forget that fact?

Or the attitude that they, as professionals, have an obligation to keep their skills current?

They keep bringing me back, that was my third engagement, so management seems reasonably pleased: And I don't forget who writes my checks either.
