When I looked at export data pump output carefully, iyt shows at the beginning:
FLASHBACK automatically enabled to preserve database integrity.

Sorry, I meant to say (I was typing mail late in the night):

So it should not be necessary to specify FLASHBAK_TIME unless one wants to
get consistent export at a previous point in time.
