Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Why Error-04063 in Queue Table QS.WS_ORDERS_SQTAB?
Hi,
We installed a standard 9.2.0.6 database on Windows 2000. It was a standard installation, with the possible exception that the demo tables were installed.
However, when we tried exporting some schemas yesterday, the export terminated on the following error;
Error 4063 in queue table QS.QS_ORDERS_SQTAB followed by ORA-00447, ORA-00604, etc...
After searching on metalink for awhile, we solved the problem by running 'catpatch.sql'.
However, I am not sure why the problem occured in the first place; We did not use the demo databases, advanced queueing, etc.. After all, I have previously installed many 8i and 9i databases without running into this issue.
I do not remember 'catpatch.sql' being one of the standard scripts executed after a database is created, although I suppose that it should be.
When would one execute 'catpatch.sql'? When does this ORA-04063 issue occur?
Thanks,
BASIS Consultant
