To get proper responses you shouldn't require potential responders to
do your homework, in this case looking up the error message either by
typing 
oerr <facility> <error number>
(In this case oerr ora 27102)
or by looking it up at http:///tahiti.oracle.com

No one knows all error messages by heart.
