Especially during Q4 when they are staring at their quota with a laser like attention-span.

And you are correct. The definition of what is standby is somewhat ambiguous the way it is thrown-around ... including by me as I look back at what I wrote. Thanks for correcting my 9 days to 10 which I presume is the correct number of active days before licensing is required.
