Hi,

I issued following command for one of our tables (on behalf of Oracle Enterprise Manager's Segment Advisor):

alter table "COREDATA"."SEQ_ANN" shrink space;

The command returns this error:

ORA-10631: SHRINK clause should not be specified for this object

Why shouldn't I?

My system is an Oracle 10.1.0.3.0 database on Suse 9.2

Thanks in advance,
