I wasted some time to look at it.
There is NO single word, how to connect to Oracle. There is help example and it connects to simple Access *.mdb database. To configure this, you need to configure ODBC drivers, and seems to me, that 'tool' does not uses ODBC, but uses another engine, which uses ODBC.
