Once more:
- do *not* let the dbca *create* the instance,
- *only* create and save the scripts.

That's one option to switch *off* (top one on the last
panel, iirc), and one to set (lower one, last panel).

Oh - and I still wonder, what is dbinstall? I know the
database creation assistant (dbca), no dbinstall.
