If it waas done from a command line, the FIRST thing that should have
been done is
ROLLBACK WORK: If you have ended the session, then it is too late for that.
If you have no knowledge of ORACLE but have an account that allows you to change data, then your DBA is not doing his job. Fess up to you DBA now, and get help from him. He will know which backup has the data or where it can be loaded from. (If he doesn't know, then he is a candidate for termination.)
If all else fails, hopefully you have a paper report with the data and can start typing it back in.
