redolog buffer

i work on 9.2.0.1.0 win 2k.

I have 3 redolog groups each of 25mb.

i have noticed that value of
redo buffer allocation retries, redo log space wait time has been increasing.

Also the number of archive files generated is increasing.

so do i have to increase the size of redolog and what is the impact of redo buffer allocation retries, redo log space wait time on the database.
