Suggestions:

0. open an iTAR with Oracle Support.
1. backup what you now have ... before you do anything else to that server. Cold backup.
2. repost with oracle version, patchset and os info.

there are ways to pry open a database with corrupt rollback segments, that Oracle Support can walk you though. if successful, you'll have to export and rebuild the database.

Oh yeah, and "Don't panic".
